Suzanne Walker, Catering Manager, and Paul Walker, Red Seal Chef, are a husband and wife duo who are proud to serve you. Paul has cooked every cuisine imaginable, from French to Continental to Californian and more! He has worked in banquet halls (Ella's BH, La Vedette, La Rosa, La Gondola), restaurants (Winstons, Hogan's Inn, The Doctor's House), hotels (Four Seasons, Ramada Inn, Parkway Sheraton), and resorts (Wig-a-Mog-Inn, Chateau Woodland). Over the years, he has held various positions, including Pastry Chef, Executive Chef, Catering Manager, and Assistant General Manager. On behalf of the Ontario Government, Paul has served food for Queen Elizabeth at Trillium Restaurant in Toronto.
